Winter Kiss
Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoon frozen raspberries (or any other frozen berries)
- 30 ml of vodka
- 20 ml of grenadine
- 80-100 ml of rosé champagne (or any other sparkling wine)

Without defrosting grind Berries with a blender, add vodka, grenadine.
Add the berry puree to the glass, pour in the champagne and mix gently.
Add a few ice cubes if desired. Garnish the finished cocktail with raspberries, mint sprigs, pieces of fruit and more.

- 60 ml vodka

Fill a highball glass with cubes of ice.
Add vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry and orange juice successfully and stir.

NOTE: To make a non-alcoholic version, simply leave out the vodka, replace the schnapps with peach juice. Many people shake cocktail ingredients in a shaker, however, the density of the ingredients is almost the same, just mixing in a glass is enough

Strawberry Mojito
Ingredients
- Dough
- 300 g strawberries
- 50 g sugar
- 500ml water
- 1 pc. lemon
- 0.5 bunch basil
- 150 ml rum
Wash and dry the strawberries after removing the sepals. Cut into small bits. Set aside a part, and the rest will be used to make syrup.
In a jug, mix the strawberry pieces and basil leaves.
Put half of the strawberries in a pot, add some water, sugar, and bring to a boil. Boil the syrup for 10 minutes over low heat. Blend the berries until they are pureed.
Pour one lemon juice, rum, chilled strawberry syrup, and sparkling water. You may replace the latter with a sweet soda, such as Sprite or 7UP. Mix all of the ingredients.
Place the drink in the refrigerator to chill. Before serving, add ice cubes to glasses and pour a chilled cocktail.

Ingredients
- 90 ml light rum
- 50 ml fresh lime juice

Mix strawberries with rum, cooled sugar syrup, and lime juice in a blender.
Everything should be completely blended. Several approaches may be needed.
Pour the newly made strawberry daiquiri into cold glasses, (preferable to use a sieve), and serve to your guests.
NOTE: Sugar syrup must be made in advance as sugar does not dissolve in water easily. In a small saucepan, mix sugar and water in a 1 to 1 ratio, bring to a boil, and leave it to cool. The syrup is ready.

Ingredients
- 45 ml gin
- 15 ml vodka

- 300 gr ice cubes
- 1 slice lemon peel
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, gin, and vermouth.
Add the ice and gently mix with the spoon.
Pour the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass using a strainer.
Add the lemon peel.

Whiskey Sour
This is one of those cocktails that perfectly mixes intensity, bitterness, sourness, and sweetness. The recipe has been adapted so that it may be produced at home.
Ingredients
- 45 ml bourbon (whiskey)
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice (half a lemon)
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 2-3 drops egg white (optional)
- 250 gr ice

Fill a shaker with bourbon. Combine the sugar syrup and lemon juice in a mixing glass. The simplest way is to squeeze a lemon.
Break the egg into another bowl and separate the white and yolk. And then add two drops of the white to the shaker.

Using a bar sieve, strain the finished cocktail into a glass filled with ice.
Serve decorated with an orange slice or a cherry.
NOTE: Bourbon may be replaced with any whiskey of your preference.

Rossini
This drink is known as one of the most attractive and delicious cocktails. It is ideal for both men and women. Because of this, many people prefer it to regular champagne. The name of the drink, after all, speaks for itself: it is named after the great Italian composer.
Ingredients
- 100 ml Italian brand sparkling wine (Spumante, Prosecco are recommended)
- 50 ml puree from freshly mashed strawberries
- 3 drops of lemon juice
- Sugar syrup (amount to taste)
In a blender, puree the strawberries. Place them in the refrigerator to chill.
Mix the purée with sugar and lemon juice and combine them all.
Fill a shaker with ice. Pour the wine in and add the strawberry mass. Shake well and strain into glasses.
Don’t forget to place a strawberry on the top of the glass and to drink the cocktail with a straw.

- Grenadine

- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 cup strawberry puree
- 1 cup tequila
- One lime juice
- A little triple sec liqueur
- Some simple syrup
Combine equal parts sugar and water to make syrup. Cook until the sugar melts. Allow it to cool down.
Mix with ice, strawberry puree, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup in a blender.
Whisk until smooth, then taste and adjust the amount of syrup.
Pour the cocktail into glasses and serve.

- 15 ml silver tequila
- 15 ml coffee liqueur

Decorate the cocktail with a berry, which you need to put in your mouth before drinking the cocktail, and then eat it.
