Fruit basket

A fruit basket is a lovely present and décor for any table, and you’ll have a delicious treat that you won’t be able to put down.

Making a "Fruit Basket"

Let’s start by making a dough basket. Wrap the bottom of the plate with foil thoroughly.

Cut the puff pastry into equal-length 1.5-cm-wide pieces and make a basket out of them over an inverted plate.  Our basket is made up of four components: the main section, which is the size of a plate, the interlaced line (which is made up of two similar parts), and the handle. When the plate is covered with dough, add 2 tails along the edge (glue them to the base with plain water). The handle is baked individually.

The plate must be heat-resistant so that we may cook the dough in the oven. We place it on a baking sheet, brush it with egg, and bake it for about 50 minutes at 180° C without.  Separately, bake the basket handle for about 20 minutes. When the dough is ready, let it cool, and then carefully remove the dough from the plate.

To make the dessert cream, mix mascarpone, vanilla, sugar, cream, and chocolate pieces in a mixing bowl. Using a mixer, combine all of the ingredients until a thick, smooth cream. Add about 10 g of gelatin to the cream if it isn’t thick enough.

For the filling, cut the strawberries into big pieces and mix them with the marmalade. Stir in the lemon zest and juice.

Finish by adding half of the cream in the basket, followed by the strawberry filling, and then the remaining cream on top. All that is left is to add pieces of various fruits and berries. Cover fruit pieces with marmalade for gloss and flavor. Add a basket handle, and you can serve dessert on the table.

Mix the two ingredients together and knead a thick dough. Mix in the melted butter until thoroughly blended. Allow for a 5-minute rest period.

Put the skillet pan on the stove and turned the heat on. Pour out around 1.5 tbsp. dough and lightly spread it in the shape of a circle; the dough layer should be about 4 mm thick.

Bake for 1-2 minutes, then flip and bake for one extra minute.

Cut the pancakes with the shape of the heart and serve pancakes with your favorite toppings.

Macaroons as a Romantic Gift

Macaroons are a sweet gift that may be given to everyone, regardless of gender. It serves as a dessert as well as a stylish decoration. The mix of macaroons with flowers will delight your mom.

A wide palette of colors, décor options, smells and fragrances opens up an unparalleled range for imagination, and therefore this dessert will be useful for any situation.

Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). Prepare a pastry bag with a plain tip (approximately 1/2-inch, 12 mm) and two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

Using a blender or food processor, combine the powdered sugar, almond powder, and cocoa powder until there are no lumps. Sift the contents into a large mixing basin, discarding any bigger lumps.

Beat the egg whites until they begin to rise and keep their shape. Add salt, then gradually add the sugar. At this step, add the vanilla extract and any gel food coloring. Gently fold in half of the powder ingredients until a smooth texture.  Continue folding in the remaining dry ingredients.

Scrape the batter into the pastry bag and pipe onto a sheet of parchment paper. Try to keep the sizes constant. To help you pipe equal circles, you may print a guide and place it under the parchment paper. Stop squeezing the bag and pull it up in a circular motion after the piping. Allow sitting for 40-60 minutes.

For the filling heat the cream and instant coffee (if using) in a small saucepan. Remove the cream from the heat when it just begins to boil around and pour over the chopped chocolate. Allow it to sit for one minute before stirring. Add the butter and mix well. Before using, allow cooling fully.

Fill the back sides of the macaron shells with your filling. And enjoy your French macarons!

Dessert with Walnuts

Making Walnut Dessert

Place the cookies in a plastic bag and grind them with a rolling pin. With nuts, we do the same thing.

For the cream fill the container with chilled cream and condensed milk.  Using a mixer, thoroughly combine the ingredients. Add the lemon juice and continue to whip the cream until it gets an elastic consistency.

Arrange the crumbled cookies in the bowls for the first layer. Equally pour the cream on top of the cookies.

Put the walnuts on top of the cream and cover the second layer as we did for the first one. Add grated chocolate on top of the dessert.

Dessert can be served immediately or cooled after 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Cupcake with a Heart

Ingredients

To begin, make a red cake by combining all of the dough ingredients into a homogeneous thick mass, put it in a cake mold, and bake for 50 minutes at 170° C.

When the cake is done, cut it into thick slices and cut red hearts out of each one with a cookie cutter.

Now we’ll make the chocolate dough: using a mixer, blend all of the ingredients into a homogenous mass, then put half of the dough into a cake mold. Next “stick” red hearts into the dough, one by one, and fill the shape with the leftover chocolate dough.

Put the mold in the oven at 170°C for another 50 minutes. Pour the crushed dark chocolate into cream for the glaze. Stir until it is completely melted. Garnish the cake completely with glaze and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
