Cook Time - 45 min

How to Make Feta Pasta?

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place a piece or block of feta cheese in the center of a large casserole. Add the tomatoes, black olives, garlic, and onion and spread around the feta cheese. Sow the lemon zest, lemon juice, Greek seasoning, and pepper on top. Drizzle abundantly with olive oil and give everything (except the cheese) a good stir.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes.
  • At the 35 minute mark, while it is in the oven, go ahead and start cooking your pasta according to the directions of the package. When you realize that pasta is done, drain it but do not rinse. Check your feta and tomatoes. When the tomatoes are blistered and the feta cheese has started to turn golden brown, it means it is done. Take the baked pasta and vegetables from the oven and immediately add in the drained pasta. Stir well – the cheese will melt and cover the pasta with creamy deliciousness!
  • Best enjoyed warm.

How TikTok Cooking Videos Encourage

The young generation is learning to cook through TikTok. TikTok is more than a hitmaker. There is content for cooks of every level. Even more, the app’s duet and stitch functionalities encourage users to participate. TikTok encourages experimentalizing in a way that traditional recipes, cooking shows, and platforms don’t. TikTok gives you the chance to take in a video, change it a little, and repost it. That edit chain is eventually how things go viral.

If viewers prefer learning how to taste, season, and listen to the sound of oil, they’re building real skills rather than learning to become recipe followers. After the long, exhausting run, it makes it possible to produce last-minute weeknight meals, repurpose leftovers, cook with the seasons, and make up your own dishes.

Baked Feta Pasta is Actually Awesome

When cooking, you are a part of the meal process from start to finish-the grocery store to the plate. It makes you far more in tune with the food you are putting into your system. Once you’ve changed your lifestyle and become accustomed to eating healthy, nutritious food at home, you may find that you seek it out elsewhere.

There are so many people rushing through during meals, which means they’re probably not thinking about what they’re consuming. You’ll eat more mindfully, noticing each flavor and component in your dish when you yourself have made the plate of food in front of you.

Appreciating the act of eating can also help you feel focused.

Dishes that we make at home, however, tend to be more nutritious and contain fewer calories. The reason is when you cook for yourself, you control which ingredients you use and their quantities. It can ward off loneliness and with a little effort, cooking can help you be more social by including your friends.

Sometimes the best kind of cooking is the kind that takes no time at all so you are able to spend more time with loved ones enjoying the food. It takes so little time to make this dish and the actual hands-on time is super low. Stir it well and this dish is ready.

The predominant flavors of this pasta are feta and tomatoes, it’s practically a two-ingredient pasta. If you’re not a feta fan, you can just use another cheese – baked brie, cream cheese, or ricotta would be AMAZING.

Being with a group or on your own, cooking does more than fill your belly. It can also affect your mental and physical health — benefits you’ll enjoy long after the meal is over.
